SCCM server shows client status as NO but client systems are receiving patches.
Rebuild the repository and WMI services on client
Stop the WMI services and rename the existing repository as 'repositoryold' and restart the services. Initiate all actions once rebuilding respository is completed.
OR
Reset the GUID on client system using Client Action Tool (CAT)
Add all the client hostnames in CAT
Go to > Client Agent Action
Run > Generate New SCCM GUID.
Wait for actions and initiate all the actions twice. Update the collection members few time in console then check the client status. It Works!
